Certificate of experience must be
enclosed with tender Application. |

Taj Mahotsav Samiti
reserves
the right to reject or accept any
or all the tenders without assigning
any reason. |

Taxes will be
deducted from bill as per rules and
Act. |

4. |
Tenders must be accompanied by the required earnest
money in the shape of Bank Draft
pledged in favor of Secretary, Taj
Mahotsav Samiti, 64- Taj Road ,
Agra, Payable at Agra.
Cheque will not be
entertained. |

5. |
Work must be
completed in time . |

6. |
Conditional tenders
will not be entertained. |
|
7. |
Tenders must furnish their PAN No., Service
tax
& registration etc. otherwise tender
will not be entertained by the
committee. |
